1. Marketplace role
TestHouses acts solely as an introduction marketplace. TestHouses does not provide testing services.

2. Contracting
All contracts are formed directly between buyers and suppliers. Users engage suppliers at their own risk.
​
3. Liability
TestHouses is not liable for service quality, test outcomes, regulatory approval, or commercial losses.
Total liability is limited to fees paid to TestHouses in the previous 12 months.

4. Indemnity
Suppliers and buyers indemnify **Hic36 Limited** against claims arising from platform use.
​
5. Account suspension and termination
TestHouses may suspend or terminate any account, listing, or access at its sole discretion (with or without notice) where terms are breached or where continued access may expose the platform or users to risk.

6. Platform availability
TestHouses does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or operational reasons without liability.

7. Intellectual property
All platform software, branding, design elements, and proprietary content remain the property of **Hic36 Limited**.
Users retain ownership of uploaded materials but grant TestHouses a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use such content for platform operation, marketing, and service delivery.

8. No warranty of commercial outcomes
TestHouses does not guarantee business opportunities, contracts, revenue, or commercial success.

9. Force majeure
TestHouses is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, power failures, war, terrorism, or governmental actions).

10. Changes to terms
TestHouses may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of **England and Wales**. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
